Leaning Tower of Surf was completed by an artist names James Pullara. James has been an artist that uses only 1/2 the vision of other artists. James has Type 1 juvenile onset Diabetes and has battled with blindness for a few years now. Just recently James started his amazing colorful paintings and drawings and has fallen in love with the beauty his vision has been able to convey for his fans.
