Le Voleur

Le Voleur means The Robber in french.

Scien and Klor have been big in the graffiti scene since 1992. Here is one of their most iconic character: Le voleur.

Each character is first hand drawn by the couple, then done in vector under illustrator and sometimes blasted as a giant mural somewhere all around the world. 123KLan have been known for their impactful Bold and Original character design in the street art scene but also in the street wear industry.

This emblematic character of 123klan is not a harmless thief, it is a bit of a Robin Hood of modern times. His objective is to take back from the government the unjustified taxes. And please: "if you see something, shut the fuck up"

This sentence under the character is an ironic reference to the New York subway denunciation campaign: "if you see something say something". worst thing that can happen to a graffiti artist ;p Always provocative, this Robin Hood imagery questions the real definition of a thief, and invites you to think about it.
