In the heart of Lorestan’s mountains, where the wind whispers to ancient stones,
The Keshkan River surges forth, roaring and fearless, like a tear from the eyes of history...
Oh, Keshkan Bridge, O mother of Iran’s bridges,
With your lofty arches, like a mother’s arms embracing her child,
You have stood for centuries, witness to unfinished loves, bitter farewells,
Caravans that came and went, and hearts shattered upon the cobblestones of the path.
Once upon a time, in the Sassanian era, valiant men themselves destroyed the ancient bridge,
So the enemy could not pass, so Iran would endure... The soul of that bridge still weeps in the ruins of the three sisters by the river,
Awaiting the day it takes revenge on time, on oblivion.
