Kate Moss

For the newest addition to my ICON series, I present to you Kate Moss. Kate has been at the forefront of fashion and art since the early 1990s. I wanted to pay homage to her timeless beauty in the form of a beautiful clock.

Each of the 12 polaroids that comprise this mosaic is given a time slot of one hour. At midnight Kate is shown in deep blue, but as each hour passes, another polaroid will shift color, starting at the top left and going through the hours of the day from left to right. So when it is 4am, the first four polaroids will be lit up in color. At noon, when all of the polaroids have changed colors, the piece will begin to reverse and shift gradually back to deep blue, with the amount of blue polaroids now dictating the hour. I have signed the piece with my initials AM on the bottom right corner for the AM hours, and left it blank for PM. Like a clock, you will be able to see what hour of the day it is based on how many of the polaroids have shifted color.

The first owner of this NFT will also be gifted the 1/1 physical polaroid set used to create this digital clock. The piece will come framed in a sleek white frame measuring 20'' x 15'' and have a unique color combination not seen here on Async. It will be accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
