In an ecosystem, there are interactions between living things. Interactions can occur between individuals in a population or between individuals from different populations or different types (species).
This work depicts a form of interaction between predator and prey, both of which can harm each other, benefit each other, or only one benefit. Predation is defined as an inseparable relationship between predatory living things and preyed living things. Although it sounds harmful, predators are important in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem.
Predators can reduce the number of prey and give birth to new predators. Natural selection favors more effective predators and more evasive prey, so neither dominates.
