Inner Child’s Sanctuary

“Inner Child’s Sanctuary” is a visual journey into the quietest corners of the human soul, the place where the child we once were still breathes, waits, and whispers.

In this piece, the mother and child are not two separate beings. They are one: the self that has grown and the self that still needs to be held.

The vibrant colors represent the loudness of the outer world, its chaos, its expectations, its endless noise. Yet at the center of this storm, there is a gentle silhouette: a figure who remembers to listen inwardly, to cradle the forgotten emotions, to offer warmth to the parts of us that were once afraid, unheard, or unseen.

This artwork is a reminder that healing does not happen in the future. It happens when we return to ourselves. When we learn to mother our own wounds. When the heart becomes a sanctuary strong enough to shelter its own child.

“Inner Child’s Sanctuary” is the story of coming home, not to a place, but to the tender, silent pulse of one’s own inner world.
