Impressionism - Cinemagraph

Cinemagraph Explanation - A video capture. Isolating the movement in one area, and freezing the rest of the frame. In this instance, the camera is on tripod, records a short video clip, in editing you freeze your favorite frame, and put it on the top layer, then you mask out the eyes, and let the video play underneath. Once you loop the small video playing under the freeze frame. You have a cinemagraph, a bridge between still and moving mediums.
