Impatience

I am crawling out of my skin! I am so, so, so tired of sitting here, for the painter, tired of being stared at, tired of being objectified. I just want to take off all these uncomfortable cardboard cutouts and this heavy shawl. I want to stand up and scream. Actually, I want to be the one at the easel painting, creating the art, myself.
