Ile ayé

"Ile ayé" translates from Yoruba as "The sacred corner of the earth". This work represents the spirituality of nature, the connection between the sky, water and earth as divine elements of creation. According to mythological stories the mangroves are inhabited by supernatural creatures, it is believed that the spirits of the ancestors live there and that they can offer guidance and protection to those who seek their help, they are considered places of connection with the spiritual world. The cloud attracted by this balance is presented as the divine presence, inspiration and wisdom.
