IDEA NFT. MY NFT IS AN IDEA : Tokenized Idea

Why not just represent ideas or invention thanks to NFTs ? I mean, prior personal possession right allow you to commercialise your invention even if someone else have patented it. Once your idea, invention is registered in blockchain you can compete patented companies. And ideas belongs to nobody. Free to run. You can catch it with NFT's as you can catch digital pictures. Anybody can have it but only one can have his NFT's no ? ;)
