Hope

The scene was captured at the World Trade Center site during the lockdown period in April 2020. The pandemic was felt like another 9/11 at that time. Standing next to the Oculus, the major transportation hub that was no longer on the move, and facing the 9/11 Memorial, I felt the emptiness, the expression of disappearance, and an impulse of hope. A "hope" that the city and its people will recompose themselves as they have done before. One can witness the connections of hope through the fragment.
