Adora opened the airlock and took her first breath of Tychor's fresh, oxygen-rich atmosphere.
She had arrived on this new planet an hour ago in search of a new home for her family, but now that she knew it was safe for human life, she could explore further.
Her ship's sensors detected a large body of water nearby, so she decided to head that way. As she approached it, she noticed something strange about its surface: it had no ripples or waves at all. The water was perfectly still and smooth as glass! Adora wondered how this could be possible on such a rocky planet as Tychor—but then again, it also had oxygen in its atmosphere and appeared to have a very active core. Maybe this planet was more advanced than she thought?
She continued exploring until nightfall when she returned to her ship and went inside for the night before beginning her journey again the next morning.
