“Hollowgram” is a programmable work of art where the NFT contract communicates directly with a 24 hour clock. As time changes, so does the artwork, providing the viewer an ever-changing visual experience over a 24-hour period. This digital painting is based in the future, located in a data center, a boy gazes in wonder upon a hologram which projects images of animals and other items that are heading into extinction. This is a satirical nod to humanity’s vociferous appetite for consumption that results with impending destruction.
