Description
MEN OF CULTURE, HERE WE ARE AGAIN!
Since Toga has the quirk of transformation and sometimes she just gets naked in the anime, i thought it would be funny to do a illustration of her that way.
It was really fun to do this, because i never did nipples before.
I'm loving to do ecchi art, so you can surely expect more of that way!
