Hilton Sunset

The Deansgate-Castlefield Tram stop in Manchester is one of the highest, publicly accessible spots in the City Centre, so you get a great view at sunset. The exterior of the Hilton Hotel catches the late evening sun and created these beautiful tones, which inspired me to create this minimal image. The pigeon sitting on the edge gives the image a sense of scale and a little quirky element to pull everything together.
