Hidden Face
2009 , acrylic\ mix media \ paper , 29 x 21 cm.
this work is part of a diptych.
The work belongs to the period of my passion for the Rorschach test, which I adapted for my lucid dreaming classes.
To successfully recall and fix the past dreams, I used the technique of peering into the blots. The dream was recalled through the formation of an image that I discovered and then fixed right on top of the blot.
For convenience, I scanned and made several printed copies of one blob and just finished painting the image with acrylic right on top.
This allowed me to make several approaches to one stain and discover the variety of images that I could see in the same blob but on different days of the test.
You can observe the result by comparing two parts of this work, which are the interpretation of one spot.
