Heuristics

Hello, dear ones! I don't know if you ever came across with this term but heuristic means "any approach to problem solving, learning, or discovery that employs a practical method not guaranteed to be optimal or perfect, but sufficient for the immediate goals." Back in 2008 (wow, that's 10 years ago, time sure flies) as a student at the university I had аn interesting project - from 30 pictures (randomly selected by the professor) I had to synthesize 30 more using the heuristic technique. Unfortunately didn't have tablet so everything was sketched with pencil and ink, but late had the chance to digitize some of them.
