Her way.

In El Hierro island, a day before the Grand Final of the Golden Trail World Series, a simple whatsapp started creating this image; "Is anyone available this evening to take a quick photo near the sea?".

As a photographer working with elite athletes, it's important to prepare the capture in advance so as not to disturb them too much before such an important race.

Exploring locations the day before, gave me a chance to shoot in less than 10 minutes. Sometimes it's not the time you need during the photo shoot, it's the time you spent preparing the photo.

In the photo, Mexican runner Karina Carsolio expressing herself in the best way in nature, running.
