heART for humanity

being a witness to what is happening in palestine and all over the world can be very painful, especially with our heart centers. this solfeggio frequency resonates with our hearts and can help us to cultivate love and compassion, heal the trauma and heartbreak, facilitate forgiveness, encourage and emphasize our empathy so that it may radiate to others restoring the innate unconditional love that resides in all of us on this beautyfull earth! if you are collecting this, you have a healing heART for humanity💚

cymatic heART made with sound water and light ~639 and ~642 hz creating a ~3hz theta binaural beat
