Head High

"Head High" is a digital painting of late Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist Tupac Shakur. As a fan from his days in Digital Underground, 2pac has always been one of my favorite Hip Hop artists. While watching his newest doc series "Dear Mama", I was inspired to paint this portrait. 2pac is considered one of the most iconic artists in music history and the documentary makes it very clear why he’s cherished by millions to this day.

This painting is one of five new creations featured in "G.O.A.T.", a collection created to celebrate my greatest inspirations in life. Art is so powerful and I love how our culture connects people across the world through shared moments of admiration and inspiration.
