Gradient Interference

Spatial articulations and light effects in constant transformation between the realistic and the immaterial, generated through the simple interference of repeated color gradients.

Two overlapping rectangles are each filled with a succession of three random colors interpolated and repeated cyclically. The key colors remain the same at each parameter reset, but their positions are progressively changed. The upper rectangle is semi-transparent, and the resulting color overlays make each sequence different from the others and virtually infinite.
