GDRC #4

A permissionless system is essential to the Global Digital Rights Charter, as it enables individuals to engage in digital transactions and interactions without requiring authorization from a central authority. This unrestricted access aligns with the Charter's principles of individual freedom, personal sovereignty, and the right to privacy in the digital realm. By fostering an environment that supports permissionless systems, the Charter promotes a more equitable and decentralized digital society, where users can freely exercise their rights and contribute to the global digital ecosystem.
