Gaia BH3 is an interactive cinematic web experience that transports you 2,000 light-years from Earth, directly into the heart of the most massive stellar black hole ever discovered in our galaxy.

The Inspiration This piece is born at the intersection of recent astrophysical discoveries and the contemplative aesthetic of hard sci-fi cinema. It is an audiovisual exploration designed to convey cosmic scale, the crushing weight of gravity, and the duality of profound terror and absolute beauty found when crossing an event horizon.

How it Works Built using advanced procedural graphics (WebGL/Three.js) and a spatial audio engine that reacts to the visuals in real-time, the experience transforms your browser into a spacecraft cockpit.

Its standout feature is its immersive interaction: alongside traditional touch and mouse controls, the project integrates an AI neural tracking system. By enabling your webcam, you can physically look around the environment simply by moving your head (parallax effect), and pilot the ship by opening your palm to accelerate or making a fist to stop—dissolving the barrier between your body and the virtual void.
