Description
Mushrooms are fungi, which means they have no chlorophyll. Instead, they have a complex network of cells called mycelium that grows underground and absorbs nutrients from the soil. This is why mushrooms do not need to be exposed to sunlight for photosynthesis to occur – instead, their food source comes from the earth itself.
We will be guests of the abstract world of mushrooms in this "Fungous" collection.
