Fragmented Queen

"Fragmented Queen" is a contemporary reinterpretation of regal femininity through the lens of cubism and neo pop aesthetics. The figure is deconstructed into bold geometric shapes, where deep reds, blues, and golden hues evoke both strength and vulnerability.

The image is composed on custom ceramic tiles Kitsch & Huis’ signature medium mounted within an ornate antique gold frame, creating a striking contrast between classical elegance and modern expression. The work blends kitsch iconography with echoes of Picasso and Latin American visual culture, resulting in a piece that is both playful and provocative.
