Flying Leeches are terrifying demons that use their wings to launch themselves towards their prey in aerial bursts of speed. Without eyes, they have an incredible sense of smell - they have been known to crash through barns and other minimally drafty structures in the hunt for prey. Their concentric razor sharp teeth burrow and shred into their prey, usually causing massive blood loss if not quick death.

While they are repelled by fire, when hungry these leeches are remarkably persistent, and will even attempt to feed on people holding torches. While incredibly dangerous, bladed weapons are incredibly effective, as when sliced open these creatures’ corporeal forms die quickly in a sea of the blood of their victims.
