Fighting Linters

I think I accidentally installed two linters, and they are fighting whenever I hit save. Back and forth, one linter removes the space between the function and the parenthesis, and then the other linter adds it back. A linter is a piece of software that can auto-format your code when you save it, to ensure that it is styled correctly. Fight, little linters, fight!
