In May, fireflies begin to dance in the vast bamboo forest. Every night, a ball is held to find a partner to pass on their life of less than a week to the next generation. Since I was shooting at night without moonlight, and forced to shoot at high sensitivity. After photographing the bamboo forest as a background, I processed the image to make it noiseless. Since the light of fireflies is very faint, I combined multiple images to depict their trajectory. The fireflies were photographed with the utmost care to avoid affecting the ecosystem. The fragile activity looked like a dance of fairies.
