Failure JOE

16 years ago my comic JOE the SEA-CRET Agent adapted to a short animation and planned to released as a OVA but it's happen in the same time that the animation company had been taken over by the big company... The animation is unreleased until now. This illustration createf for DVD cover. In that tilme, I don't know why I draw JOE in a sad mood but it make sense now.
