'Facebooked' (pop art version)

Before data privacy concerns, In 2007 I was exploring ideas more about the spiritual affect of social networking 'utility'. This self-portrait was to convey distance, like being silenced. Also questioning the possibility of being 'known' via such a platform: of being able to use it, instead of feeling used or addicted to new features. I included screenshots etc. from my original Facebook newsfeed, icons, from back then. This is rare pop art version 2020.
