Eyelet - 2

In this piece, you are drawn ever closer to the work. The sinuous, silken threads lead you onward with a view to passing through the eyelet. Hard boundaries make you pause for a moment and take stock. It is not a gentle progression. As in 'Eyelet - 1', the vibrant colors of Klee and Kandinsky prevail although their move towards cubism is resisted.
