As a means of promoting their new TV reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim agreed to pose in mid 2007 for a Playboy shooting. Since Kim did not bring a wardrobe, Wayda had to improve with pearls to cover the important parts of her body to meet her mother`s, Kris Jenner´s expectations.
