Emancipate

This piece is a response to the concept that ‘abstract art is the emancipation of the mind’. It does not suggest a narrative but aims to provoke an emotional response unique to each viewer. My focus when creating this piece was to explore how the unity and harmony within the work changes, depending on how the colour combinations and the rhythmic movements within the piece, relate to each other.
