Ego Reconstruction

I have some regrets on how I treated people when I was younger. I had no self-awareness and basically ran on instinct which sometimes isn’t the most considerate choice of action. I felt embarrassed, ashamed and guilty. There’s nothing I can do about the past but learn from it.
