NRDC works to safeguard the earth—its people, its plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends. The NRDC draws on the expertise of about 700 lawyers, scientists, and policy advocates to achieve their advocacy. Some of the policies it helped enact were the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act. It’s also very heavily involved in the fight against climate change and air pollution as well as the struggle for clean energy, water conservation, and marine life protection. https://www.nrdc.org/
