Delilah

A rippling formed in the center of the pond. And something emerged from the dark waters. Her hair was dark that contrasts the paleness of her skin. The moon illuminated the seven-pointed star in between her brows. Her name is Delilah, The Witch of the Water.

Inspired and based on a scene from a novel, The Year of the Witching by Alexis Henderson.
