This is an animation I made by getting photos of my painting "death in all directions" in tons of different spaces among nearly my entire collection of paintings, to make it seem like it was "moving" throughout the collection into my hands. This alone took an entire afternoon, setting up all the paintings and getting the photos. I then animated a photo of the painting, and tied THAT animation into the rest :) the owner of this NFT will get the original 16" x 20" painting and a handwritten copy of this poem that I wrote while staring at the painting, which is to accompany it:
death in all directions
the anxiety that resides inside of me is getting harder to digest. I'm depressed by things I'd rather keep repressed, unless I figure out a way to open up, I think I fear the *fear of rambling eulogies that never get addressed. *indicating death, I suggest the asterisk is the reason you're impressed. it points north, south, east, southwest, northwest, northeast, southeast, and west. any direction is the direction of your death. what a remarkable tone of loneliness in which my holiness is dressed, with cloaks of gold embroidered with the folks he told to be at rest. he smiles and his groans of grossly ghostliness are cut between his fangs, and his stare of impeding oldness is depriving me of all but most of this gross and lonely angst. I think this character is one of the many reasons why I paint. I'm fibbing and it's amphibious to even indulge in religious thoughts. I don't believe anymore, but part of me believes demons live in people and we're tortured if we deserve it because the devil lives in all. and that my afterlife will suck and hell exists for some and for others it does not.
