Who are we? What is our purpose? Who are we supposed to be? What are we doing here? Why are we here? Why us? Why me? Why you?

The identity of a certain individual is often interplayed between personality & physicality. If one is to change the body or face of an individual but retain their personality, essence, emotion, knowledge and memories, are they still the same person?
