In dawn's soft light, they find their way, Two souls entwined in love's ballet. Though distance parts their hands, it's true, Their hearts aligned, forever through.

Across the miles, they yearn to touch, Yet destiny's decree, a test of such. With every sunrise, hope does bloom, In dreams of meeting, heart's cocoon.

Their love, a dance of twilight's gleam, A tender bond, a sacred theme. Through skies aglow, they reach out near, In whispered words, love's tender sphere.

I created this piece when I was missing my long distance partner and feeling a plethora of loving emotions for him. He is forever my guide, inspiration and my rock.
