Darkness

What is darkness? Is it when you sleep that you find it because i just don't know anymore. Why ? because i don't sleep anymore. All i see is the light and never the darkness. It's like the light will not stop shining in my eyes and then after 3 to 4 days i finally find the darkness, but it's only for 5 hours then it's back to the light....
