Hello, thanks for being here!:) I decided to upload this digital painting as my first creation available for purchase here at MakersPlace because it is one of my favorite (so far). I love science ficition (although is it accurate to call it fiction anymore? I feel like it should be renamed into just futurism or something like that) and I spend much of my free time reading and learning about the ways in which technology might evolve in the future. In this painting I wanted to present a very simple and peaceful moment in a small high-tech apartment where a person in a skinsuit is enjoying her afternoon connected to a device that (in my mind) allows you to enter an alternate (higher?) state of mind in which you can clearly see your past decisions and actions, interactions with other people etc, sort out the good vs the bad and easily recognize what you should change in order to improve yourself. Something we should find the time to do regularly on our own but we don’t yet. Who knows maybe 50 years from now we will have a device for that! Anyway, that’s it basically.. thanks for reading;)
