Courage

I wanted to do a piece that displayed one of the greatest qualities a person can have. I pondered about a few days on the way to best represent the quality I wish to depict. I was reading at the table, when I read this line from a Gentlemen's article that said, you can't stand close to God full of Fear. With that and some other old sayings lingering about in my head I came to my conclusion. I decided to take my inspiration from the roots of everything this world and one of my favorite origins, the animal kingdom. Some of the best ways to describe something we encounter in life as humans, is to break it down into its most primative state. So I decided what better way to show pure Courage than to have two Kings of the Animal Kingdom go head to head unrelentlessly. Depicting the moment when the two are about to clash as the intensity of the build up before the battle is at a climax. Inspiring, to never turn back, but to face your conflict head on.
