This road trip began in Portland, Oregon.
First things first, got a rental car. Living without a car for 4 months wasn't easy (neither was living in a hotel). Especially when there were so many places to explore. An hour to the mountains, an hour to the coast, and multiple National Parks within a short drive. The natural bridge was about a 300 mile drive from the hotel. Most of the drive is very scenic, especially the coastal highway! Once you arrive, it's a few steps from the parking area to the view point, but a short hike through the woods will bring you to an even better view. The trek to the bridge is steep, but worth the adventure. I arrived right before sunset and got some magical shots.
