Coachella

Coachella Festival is a music and arts festival held in California, United States. Coachella; It is the name of the valley located in Southern California Colorado. The festival takes its name from this valley. The festival was founded in 1999 by Paul Tollett and Rick Van Santen. The festival has an understanding that embraces purification from the busy city life and a journey to nature. The festival, which takes place in the middle of nowhere, offers the opportunity to experience comfort and luxury. In this study, based on the combination of music and art of the Coachella festival, a composition was created with the combination of artworks and architectural structures in the venue. The architectural structures in the space were emphasized with the forms, and the spirit of the festival was wanted to be reflected with the colors. The color choices in the study were taken from a photograph taken in the festival area. The main emotion that is intended to be reflected in festival-themed works is the feelings of festivals such as freedom, peace, togetherness, and purification.
