These series of artworks represent a simulation of Wauman’s existentialist cosmism.
His work now is a negotiation between polarities, the urban and nature, the secular and the religious, through observational poetics that reflect an anarchic wit and romantics enthusiasm towards the sacred and the profane.
A palace in the clouds, made out of oracles of divination. The runic symbol inside the sphere, refers to gungnir, or Odin's spear, "the swaying one", a symbol of power, protection, and authority. The origin of the word “rune” stems from the Germanic word for “mystery” or “secret”.
This work alludes to the artists continuous aim, for a magic that does not come off, through the mechanics of his poetic gaze.
The profit goes towards the construction of the Copy Planet Museum for Digital Fine Arts.
