Circling Greats.

This Photo was taken on the Ningaloo Reef. The Ningaloo Reef is a fringing reef that stretches for 300 kilometers and is a very special place full of different and wonderful marine life. I was swimming along with the biggest fish in the sea, the Whale Shark, when a Great Hammer Shark came over to check out not only the whale shark but also me in the water. This is extremely rare and it is the only time this has happened to me. Seeing Great Hammerhead Sharks here is rare, being able to take a photo of the two different species together in the same frame I am sure this will most likely not happen to me again. I love in this photo how the suns light rays naturally light up both the WhaleShark and Hammerhead Shark.
