To humans, the sky is many things at once: A mirror for the invisible: dreams, gods, fears, and hopes. A shelter for what can’t be held by the earth: the souls of the dead, promises, unanswerable questions. An excuse to look up when the weight below is too much. A stage for the unreachable—from meteorites to miracles. A screen that shifts in color and brightness without us ever touching it. And sometimes, simply, the ceiling that keeps us from getting completely lost. Dedicated to all who live above—or are about to move there.
