Chromodynamics I

Chromodynamics is a concept from quantum physics, describing the interaction of particles and forces at the deepest levels of reality. These visuals are an abstract interpretation of those processes in the form of intricate, ever evolving patterns of color and motion.

The high-resolution visuals are created through a generative process. Once set in motion, the colors and patterns evolve endlessly. Each work in the series captures a unique 30 second slice of these continuously evolving colorscapes.

The creation process involved lots of experimentation with different colors, line textures, evolution speed and different types of distortions. The results were often unpredictable, and beautiful patterns would emerge unexpectedly.
