As Chooser’s vertical motion bounces up and down looking out to a Spruce forest in the Rocky Mountains, floating empty windows appear and disappear in different densities. The meditative vertical motion and formal design choices in this short looped work mimic the relentless scroll of apps and browsers that punctuate the technological landscape. As the windows increasingly populate the image, the scene itself becomes obscured, fracturing and refracting the forest through the technological lens resulting in an altogether new point of view.
