Chefs making dim sum

Taken with my beloved Olympus Pen FT on Agfa Vista Plus 200, scanned with Plustek OpticFilm 8200i. The film was developed at local lab called Gelin.

I ate in Din Tai Fung twice during my 10 years in Shanghai. First time was when consul general invited me there for lunch. Second time was when I asked my wife out for date. I did't find the food extraordinary but I liked the story about Ding Tai Fung's founder - Mr. Yang, who fled China to Taiwan with 20 dollars in his pocket and started the first soup dumpling (xiaolongbao) shop which later evolved into global brand.
